About

Mary Goodrich is a freelance illustrator and designer currently residing in Michigan’s Metro Detroit area. She is known for her whimsical, sometimes dark, art style and gouache-like textures. Her interests include dark fantasy, spooky movies, and rock ‘n roll music. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. She has a Major in Illustration and a Minor in Concept Design.

She successfully completed the Disney College Program from May 2019 to March 2020 as a Food & Beverage intern. During her time with the Disney Company she worked on the opening team for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at three Quick Service Dining locations: Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, Ronto Roasters, and Kat Saka’s Kettle. She now works part-time in the Guest Services industry as a Contact Center Supervisor at The Henry Ford.

When not illustrating, Mary enjoys long bike rides, reading, watching NASCAR, and listening to true crime documentaries. She also has a passion for theme parks and often researches them.
